Digital delivery and fulfilment
Zenatnureartistry currently sells nature photography as digital downloads rather than physical prints. we do not produce, dispatch or ship physical artwork by post.
Following successful payment, customers will receive electronic access to their purchased digital photograph(s). Digital downloads are provided electronically allowing customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide to access their purchases without postage or physical delivery.
Personal licence and copyright policy
All digital photographs purchased from Zennatureartistry are supplied with a personal - use licence. Customers may download, save and print their purchased photograph for their own personal use, including displaying it in their home.
The purchased photograph may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to stock photography websites, used for commercial purposes, used in advertising or promotional materials or reproduced for sale in any form.
Customers may not claim the photograph as their own work or remove, alter or obscure any copyright or watermark information supplied with the image. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Zennatureartistry and the photographer. Purchasing a digital download does not transfer ownership or copyright of the photograph to the customer.
Cancellations, refunds, and technical support
As our products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to refund.
Customers may have cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law. Where a customer expressly agrees for the digital content to be supplied before the end of the statutory cancellation period and acknowledges that they lose their cancellation right once the digital content begins to be supplied, the right to cancel may no longer apply.
If a purchased digital photograph cannot be accessed, downloaded or is technically defective, customers should contact Zennatureartistry with details of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues and, where appropriate provide a replacement download.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that customers have under UK consumer law.
